Drawing with Light

Hi! My name is Mano and I am an amateur photographer. Besides the many other things in life that occupies my time, these last two years I have been drawn towards drawing, that is with light. I love taking pictures as it freezes a moment in the space time continuum. It is subjective, open to interpretation, it captures the very essence of life, the unspoken words.

I’ve never been to a photography class; books, websites and chris orwig have been my mentors. I don’t have a degree in art, in fact I failed many of them during my school days. But I believe there’s a little bit of art in all of us. Enjoy the pictures that are included in this site as I undertake the journey of growth and fascination; in drawing with light.

In the previous post I posted a quote by A. Einstein. Here’s a image of him painted on a wall somewhere in Seoul. I love this image, A. Einstein was a brilliant scientist, had a great sense of humour (naturally depicted in this image) and said some brilliant things at times. The state of our schools!
