Drawing with Light

Hi! My name is Mano and I am an amateur photographer. Besides the many other things in life that occupies my time, these last two years I have been drawn towards drawing, that is with light. I love taking pictures as it freezes a moment in the space time continuum. It is subjective, open to interpretation, it captures the very essence of life, the unspoken words.

I’ve never been to a photography class; books, websites and chris orwig have been my mentors. I don’t have a degree in art, in fact I failed many of them during my school days. But I believe there’s a little bit of art in all of us. Enjoy the pictures that are included in this site as I undertake the journey of growth and fascination; in drawing with light.

Every child should have an opportunity to do team sports. They should learn how to play the game properly. They need to learn how to win, but they also need to learn how to lose graciously. Get back to the drawing board when you are brought crashing down to the earth. Learn what needs to be improved. Persevere and then try again.
Last year, my son in their soccer league, lost all their matches except one. But they never gave up, showed up for every game and gave their best. They kept training. This year they have started the same league with two wins in their first two matches. All that hard work is beginning to pay off.
It took them a whole year, but they’ve learned how to stick together as a team and have earned the most precious thing, character! Way to go boys!
